What is The Wellth Summit? The Wellth Summit is an invite-only executive retreat designed for senior leaders who want to build lasting success without burnout. It’s a curated, immersive experience focused on aligning leadership, health, wealth, and purpose—because Wellth is the New Wealth.

Who is this summit for? This experience is designed for C-suite executives, founders, senior leaders, and high-impact decision-makers carrying real responsibility who are thinking long-term about their leadership, legacy, and sustainability.

How is this different from a typical leadership conference? This is not a mass conference. The  Wellth Summit is intentionally intimate, highly curated, and participatory. The experience is co-designed with the room, creating real dialogue, not just presentations. You’ll engage deeply with peers facing similar pressures and opportunities.

What topics will be covered? Sessions focus on leadership alignment, executive presence, financial legacy, health and longevity, emotional intelligence, and burnout recovery. Everything is practical and built for real life—not theory.

What will I leave with? You’ll leave with actionable tools, renewed clarity, and strategies you can apply immediately—personally and professionally—to lead at a high level without sacrificing your well-being.

What does “Wellth is the New Wealth” mean? It reflects the belief that true success is built at the intersection of wellness and wealth. The summit centers sustainable leadership—where health, purpose, and prosperity grow together.

Is this event invite-only? Yes. The Wellth Summit is a curated, invite-only experience to ensure meaningful conversations, aligned values, and a high-trust environment among participants.

Can I bring a colleague or partner? Potentially, yes. All attendees must be approved to maintain the curated nature of the room. If you’d like to bring a colleague, reach out to the NFBLME team for consideration.

What is the format of the summit? The summit blends curated sessions, facilitated discussions, intimate peer conversations, and reflective experiences. The agenda is intentionally designed to evolve with the needs and insights of the room.

Where and when is the summit taking place? The Wellth Summit will take place March 13–15 in Miami, Florida, at The Gates Hotel South Beach, 2360 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139.

What is included with registration? Registration includes access to all sessions, curated experiences, materials, and community-building gatherings throughout the weekend. Travel to and From the event is NOT included (Travel and lodging details can be clarified in the registration info.).

What is the dress code? Dress is resort business casual—polished, comfortable, and Miami-appropriate. Elevated casual for daytime sessions; relaxed, stylish attire for evenings.
