Our one-year Senior Leadership Program is designed to prepare current and future Principals, Directors, Vice Presidents,
and Regional Superintendents to excel in their roles through hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support. We focus on developing both the adaptive and technical leadership skills essential for success in senior leadership positions. Additionally, we help leaders establish their leadership identity, voice, and story through personalized career coaching, a strong sense of community, and a supportive brotherhood.

A report by New Schools Venture reveals that only 25% of leadership teams in the education sector are made up of Black or Latino individuals, and just 17% of CEOs are Black or Latino—despite the growing diversity of the students and communities they serve. This leadership gap is not about talent; it’s about access, preparation, and sponsorship into senior roles with real influence. Closing it requires bold, equity-driven leaders who can shape strategy, lead complex systems, and drive measurable results for students and teams. Our Senior Leaders program is designed to equip accomplished Black and Latino leaders with the executive-level coaching, strategic skill-building, and peer network necessary to expand their impact and lead transformative change across schools, districts, and education organizations.

An All-Inclusive Senior Leadership Experience
The Senior Leader Pathway is built for principals, directors, and system-level leaders responsible for teams, instruction, and results. This all-inclusive experience blends personalized coaching, hands-on leadership development, and brotherhood—grounded in the management of self, others, and the work.
