WHAT WE'VE DONE

  • We support over 150 Fellows across 20 states and 31 cities

  • Nationally, 72% of our Fellows have been promoted since 2020

​

  • Nationally, we’ve supported 59 Fellows to earn promotions and 50 Fellows to become Senior and/or C-Level leaders since 2020

​

  • We’ve impacted the lives of over 700,000+ humans in the care of our Fellows (24,000+staff that they lead and 712,000+ students that they serve and love).

​

  • A net promoter score of 70 is considered A+: “How likely is it that you would recommend the Fellowship to a friend or colleague?” We have a net promoter score of 95%.

​

   • 100% of our Fellows say that they have increased their emotional intelligence as a result of the Fellowship.

​

  • We’ve partnered with over 30 organizations to train and support the Black and Latino male educators in their organizations.
