WHO WE ARE

It all started with a simple dream, create a national and local model for a self-sustaining "grow your own" talent pipeline and ecosystem that takes male educators of color from the classroom as learners to the boardroom as Senior and C-level leaders in the education sector. To date, we've supported over 40 of our fellows to "level up" into Senior and C-level roles across the country.
