C-LEVEL LEADERS

This one-year program is designed for leaders on the path to fulfilling their purpose and calling as C-suite executives. We
support current C-suite leaders through on-the-job training and coaching, helping them master both adaptive and technical leadership skills essential for success. In addition, we guide leaders in developing their leadership identity, voice, and story through career coaching, community, and a strong brotherhood.

Elite, Differentiated & Holistic Coaching

A report by New Schools Venture reveals that only 25% of leadership teams in the education sector are made up of Black or Latino individuals, and just 17% of CEOs are Black or Latino. To change this, we need bold, courageous leaders who can challenge and dismantle the systemic inequities hindering the success of Black and Latino students, staff, and leaders. This program is dedicated to developing the leaders who will drive this transformation.
