Elite, Differentiated & Holistic Coaching
A report by New Schools Venture reveals that only 25% of leadership teams in the education sector are made up of Black or Latino leaders, and just 17% of CEOs reflect those identities—despite the students and communities our systems are designed to serve. That disparity represents more than a representation gap; it reflects a concentration of decision-making power that too rarely includes leaders with lived experience closest to the work. The C-Level Pathway exists to change that reality by equipping Black and Latino executives with the strategic acumen, adaptive leadership capacity, and peer brotherhood required to lead complex organizations, steward resources responsibly, and drive measurable results at scale.
