A report by New Schools Venture reveals that only 25% of leadership teams in the education sector are made up of Black or Latino individuals, and just 17% of CEOs are Black or Latino. To change this, we need bold, courageous leaders who can challenge and dismantle the systemic inequities hindering the success of Black and Latino students, staff, and leaders. This program is dedicated to developing the leaders who will drive this transformation.

• This program offers elite, differentiated, and holistic coaching that focuses on social-emotional needs, adaptive and technical leadership, and emotional intelligence.

​

• Participants receive career and wealth coaching, planning, and mentoring from C-level and senior leaders, along with free access to therapy services. Observations and feedback on their leadership practice are also provided.

​

• Professional development includes managing results through others, social-emotional leadership (SEL for adults), conscious emotional intelligence, leading as a Black or Brown male, and organizational leadership with equity.

• Fellows also engage in "Becoming the CEO of You" masterclass workshops. The program fosters a supportive community through five in-person retreats, virtual events, and
  opportunities to build meaningful connections and expand networks.

• Nationwide Reach: Supporting 125 educators across 20 states and 31 cities, including local cohorts in Las Vegas and Milwaukee.

• Broad Impact: Fellows serve 700,000+ students and 24,000 adults, making a significant difference in communities nationwide.

• Career Growth: 72% of alumni earn promotions, with 90% remaining in the education sector long-term.

​

• Leadership Success: 35 Fellows have ascended to senior or C-level leadership roles.

• High Satisfaction: 90%+ of Fellows would recommend the Fellowship to others.
