OUR IMPACT
Over the next several years, we aim to build a national virtual fellowship cohort program that will create a new generation of excellence in Black and Latino male leaders.

We are starting small to ensure excellence, but we have big ambitions. We aim to build a national virtual fellowship cohort program that create a new generation of excellence in Black and Latino male leaders

NORTH STAR GOALS

90% of participants have “leveled up” (receive a promotion) from the position they had starting the program (e.g. grade level chairs became APs, APs became principals, principals became regional superintendents or C-Levels) by the completion of their third year after participating in the cohort

The net promoter score for program participants is 70 (world class score) or higher: “How likely is it that you would recommend the Fellowship to a friend or colleague?”

SCALE TIMELINE

Fall 2020-2022: Emerging & Senior Leader Cohort 1 & 2 Launch for Emerging Leaders (20 participants = 5 Senior Leaders + 15 Emerging Leaders)

Fall 2023-2024: Emerging & Senior Leader Cohort 3 & 4 (35 participants = 10 Senior Leaders + 20 Emerging Leaders + 5 Entrepreneurship)

FULL SCALE BY 2025

150 active participants across three program offerings (entrepreneur, senior leader, emergent leader). 385 alumni of emerging leader or senior leader cohorts

400 public members (Black and Latino non-fellowship males)

20 alumni to hold senior level positions across the country

200 mentees HS/College Black/Latino males mentored by Fellows

Create a talent hub/”rosewood” city in at least 5 cities (Note: A “rosewood” city has at least 2 entrepreneurs, 5 senior leader, and 10 emergent leader alumni)
