SENIOR LEADERS
This is our two-year Senior Leader-in-training program. This program prepares future Principals, Senior Directors, Presidents, Vice-Presidents, and Regional Superintendents for the seat before entering the seat. We focus on supporting Fellas' in becoming experts on both the adaptive and technical leadership skills that leaders need in order to succeed in their current and future roles as senior leaders. Additionally, we support leaders as they establish their leadership identity voice, and Story through career coaching, community, and brotherhood.
